Is your ecom brand sending three email campaigns a week?

Here's how we generated $4.81 million off one email database in one year.

That was Angus, running it in-house at an 8-figure Australian ecom brand, not an agency from the outside. The list heard from us three times a week, every week. Most brands manage four sends a month, then wonder why email is 15% of revenue instead of 40%. The fix is not only better emails. It is more of them, every week, without you touching it.

Strategy

Head of Marketing at an 8-figure Australian ecom brand, where he owned the email program end to end: the flows, the campaign calendar, the segments, every send. Twelve months of it did $4.81M, 40% of the company's revenue, alongside $2.5M in ad spend he also ran. He sets the plan here and reviews every send before it reaches you.

She brings that eye to design. Every email in the portfolio above is hers, and so is every send we build for you.

That is it. No account manager between you and the work, no pod of six people you never meet, no junior learning on your brand. You talk to the strategist and the designer because they are the two doing it.

Straight with you: most of the proof on this page is in-house, not client logos. That is what happens when you spend five years running one brand's marketing instead of selling. On the teardown you will see the real accounts and the real numbers. Judge us on what you see, not on who else has hired us.

Four email campaigns a month is the whole problem.

You already paid to get those people onto your list. Ads, discounts, content, the lot. The list is the one channel where the acquisition cost is already sunk, and it is the one almost nobody mails more than once a week.

A brand running email properly makes 30% or more of total revenue from it. Most stores sit closer to 15%. The difference is almost never the writing: it is that one brand sends twelve campaigns a month and the other sends four.

Sending twelve is not a strategy problem. It is a production problem. Somebody has to plan, write, design, build and schedule three emails a week, every week, while you run the rest of the business. That is the part that quietly does not happen.

At the brand I ran, we took email from about $2,800 a send to $8,500 a send. Same list, same products. Different program. Angus Deighton · ArcOS
Your monthly revenue Email at 15% Email at 35%
$100k / month$15,000$35,000 (+$240k a year)
$250k / month$37,500$87,500 (+$600k a year)
$500k / month$75,000$175,000 (+$1.2M a year)
This is arithmetic, not a forecast. What your list actually does depends on its size, your margins and your offer. That is what the teardown is for: we look at your real numbers and tell you what is on the table, or tell you it is not worth it.

Worst case, you make a profit and we work for free.

We run the whole program: three campaigns a week, written, designed and scheduled in your Klaviyo. If it does not return three times our fee in your first month, we keep running it at no charge until it does. Three times fee is the point where the margin on that revenue covers what you paid us and leaves you ahead. That is the floor, not the target.

01 · What counts

The number comes from your Klaviyo, not from us.

Campaigns and flows together, in your own account, read off your own dashboard. Not a number we calculate and send you in a report.

02 · The window

The clock starts at your first campaign.

Counted from the first campaign we send, not from the day you sign. Three times one month's fee in attributed revenue is the bar.

03 · If we miss it

We keep going, and you stop paying.

We run the full program at no charge until the number is hit. Worst case, you get a month of email built for you and it costs you nothing.

We only take brands we are confident we can do this for, which is the real reason the teardown screens the way it does: a guarantee like this only works if we say no to the brands it would not work for. Two things we need from you, because they are the only ones that can stop it working: Klaviyo and Shopify access, and campaign approvals inside two business days. We cannot hit a send target on emails that are sitting in your inbox waiting to be approved. The guarantee covers the managed monthly program; the one-off flow build is a fixed piece of work you keep either way.

Twelve campaigns a month, written, designed and scheduled.

Two ways in. Managed email: we run the program month to month, flows and campaigns, and you approve. Or a one-off flow build: we install your core Klaviyo flows, hand you the templates, and you keep everything. Most brands start with the build and stay for the campaigns.

You keep the final say on every send. We do the rest of it.

Sending more email does not burn your list. Sending boring email does.

Three a week sounds like a lot until you look at who it goes to. We do not blast the whole list. Each send goes to the segment it is right for, which is why brands sending twelve a month usually have healthier lists than brands sending four.

The people who unsubscribe when you start sending properly were never going to buy. They were sitting on your list dragging your sender reputation down and costing you the inbox for everyone else. Losing them is the cleanup, not the damage.

And you approve every send before it goes. If a campaign is wrong for your brand, it does not go out.

Your list, your account, your call.

01 · Approval gate

Every campaign is a draft until you approve it.

Every campaign lands in your Klaviyo as a draft first. We propose, you approve, then it schedules.

02 · Your account, your keys

We work inside your Klaviyo.

Not ours, not a middle layer. Your list, your templates, your data, access revocable in one click, and every flow we build stays yours if we part ways.

03 · Month to month

No twelve-month lock-in.

Managed email runs month to month after the build. If a month of work does not earn its fee, you should not be trapped in a contract, and you won't be.

Straight answers.

Three campaigns a week? Won't our list get sick of us?
Only if all three go to everyone, and they don't. Each send goes to the segment it suits: new arrivals to people who opened something recently, a winback to people who bought once and never came back, a last call to people who looked and didn't buy. Most weeks nobody receives all three. The brands that burn their lists are the ones that mail everybody the same thing, not the ones that mail often.
How does the guarantee actually work?
If your Klaviyo-attributed revenue in your first full month does not reach three times one month's fee, we keep running the whole program at no charge until it does. You read the number off your own Klaviyo dashboard, not off a report we write. We need Klaviyo and Shopify access and campaign approvals inside two business days, because we cannot hit a send target on emails waiting for sign-off. It covers the managed monthly program, not the one-off flow build.
What does it cost?
It depends on whether you want the one-off flow build, the managed monthly program, or both, and on how many sends a month you want. That is what the teardown scopes. What we will tell you now: it is a fraction of what the gap on your list is worth, and there is no twelve-month contract on the monthly work.
Our list is small. Is it worth it?
Small lists with good flows beat big lists with none, because flows catch people at the moment they are already buying. But we guarantee three times our fee, so if your list cannot carry that we will say so on the call and point you at the one-off flow build instead. We would rather turn the work down than sign a guarantee we would have to work months for free on.
Do you need access to our Klaviyo?
Yes, and Shopify read access so we can see what actually converts. Both are standard team invites you control, and you can revoke either in one click. We work inside your account, never a middle layer, so everything we build stays with you.
Can we just do the flows and stop there?
Yes. The one-off flow build is a real product, not a hook. We install your core flows, hand over the templates, and you run campaigns yourself. Plenty of brands do that first and come back for the monthly program once they have seen the flow revenue land.
How long before we see anything?
Flows are the fast money because they are always on. The first flows are typically live inside the first few weeks, and campaigns start going out in the first month. What we will not do is promise you a number by a date on a landing page, before we have seen your account.
We already send emails. What changes?
Usually three things: you go from four sends a month to twelve, the flows go from two on defaults to a full set tuned every month, and you stop mailing the whole list every time. Most of the lift comes from cadence and segmentation, not from cleverer copy.
Will it sound like our brand?
We read your past sends, your product language and your customers' own words before writing anything, and every correction you give us becomes a permanent rule on all future sends. You also approve every email before it goes out, so nothing off-brand can slip through.
Who actually does the work?
Two people, and you meet both. Angus sets the strategy, the calendar and the angles, and reviews everything before it reaches you. Madelene designs and builds every send. There is no account manager in between and no junior learning on your brand.
We're not ecommerce. Does this still work?
The flows change shape but the logic holds anywhere there is a list and something to sell. If your business is a fit we will say so on the call, and if it isn't we will say that too.
What happens on the teardown call?
Thirty minutes. We open your Klaviyo together, go through your flows and your last 90 days of sends, and you get the fix list in priority order. If it makes sense to work together we will say so at the end. If it doesn't, you still keep the list.
